This place is a terrific hidden Emma Gem that deserves way more attention than it's getting. Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the Jalapeño cream cheese enchiladas- they may be the best enchilada dish you can find in Springdale! Really well done.
Paid attention to everything else coming from the kitchen and was very impressed- from salad to other Mexican options everything appeared fresh and presentation was superb.
If you haven't stopped by Sonora Café you should, this place is fun and food is good! -

Sonora is a great spot for lunch in downtown Springdale. The service is fast and friendly and the food is fresh and unique.
The menu is similar to some of the taquerias in Springdale, but it has items that I've not seen at other restaurants in town. I can't recommend anything specific because I've enjoyed everything I've tried.
The best part is that I don't have to wait long for food, which isn't the case for many restaurants in downtown Springdale. If you want good food but have to be back at the office at a certain time, Sonora is where you want to go. -

The quality of this food is absolutely phenomenal. Do not let the exterior or the very casual interior fool you. This food is worthy of an upscale restaurant. It is served very sophisticated and the flavors are so amazing! Not your typical Mexican joint, but you can definitely get a Mexican fix here.
